  • Expedited Delivery (3 Working Days): Select items are eligible for expedited delivery within 3 working days, incurring a flat shipping fee of £1.50. This will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page.

  • Standard Delivery (3 to 5 Working Days): For items with a delivery window of 3 to 5 working days, a shipping fee of £3.16 applies. These products will also be clearly marked.

  • Economy Delivery (7 to 11 Days): Most items are delivered within 7 to 11 days, including weekends, with a flat shipping fee of £1.50.

Tracking Information: A tracking reference will be provided for all orders, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress.

These timeframes include both order processing and delivery. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or peak periods.


Shipping Costs:

  • Flat Shipping Fee: A fee of £1.50 applies to expedited (3 working days) and economy (7 to 11 days) deliveries.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: A fee of £3.16 applies to items delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Free Delivery: Orders over £25 qualify for free delivery.


Variables Affecting Delivery:
We aim to meet these shipping times, but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Additionally, delivery may be delayed due to logistical challenges. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Please note that Chew & Fetch operates exclusively online, and as such, we do not offer a pick-up option.
